At Natori, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, we accept returns and exchanges of unworn, unwashed, and tagged merchandise within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Visit our online Returns Portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Follow the prompts to download and print a prepaid shipping label, or generate a QR code for a printerless drop-off experience.

  Package Your Items

  Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags are attached, and secure the return label to the outside of the box.

• 4.
  Ship and Track

  Drop off your package at any authorized carrier location; you will receive a confirmation email once your refund is processed, typically within 7-10 business days.
